If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Insurance
Some insurance plans are accepted at our office. Listed on this page are some of the insurance companies we accept. If you do not see your insurance provider listed, or are unsure of your coverage, do not hesitate to call us. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

For all other insurances, we will be happy to help you send the forms to your insurance company directly. However, payments will be made as the services are rendered and the insurance companies will reimburse you directly.

Cost:
While exact costs for each patient will vary based on the complexity of each case, the estimates below will help you understand typical treatment costs.

First Visit: $77 - $215 (varies based on the need for x-rays)
Second Visit: $40 - $127 (varies based on the complexity of the Report of Findings)
Each visit thereafter: $40 - $45 (varies based on payment arrangements and insurance coverage)
No Insurance? No Problem!

Our office is happy to offer payment plans to fit any budget. Additionally, for those patients without insurance coverage or for those with high deductibles, we have cash plans that offer up to a 25% discount if you pay in advance. If you still have questions or concerns about the cost, we encourage you to call our office for more information.

Payment Options:
We accept cash, personal check, and insurances (see above) as well as Visa, and MasterCard and Care Credit.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
