Move Camp- An introduction to exercise for everyone. It is a combination of cardiovascular training, strength training, and flexibility. We incorporate kick-boxing, dumbbells, resistance training, and fun!
5:30-6:00 Every Tuesday & Thursday
Walking Club:
Join us after Move Camp at 6:00 every Tuesday & Thursday for walking club. We walk for 20-30 minutes at various speeds. Everyone walks with everyone. Our goal is to participate in the Night Lights 2 mile and 5K walk/run on October 22 at 7 pm. This is a fundraiser for Olmsted Law Enforcement.
Personal Training:
