My Story:

In September of 1997, I was rear ended in a car accident.  I spent the next three days in excruciating pain caused by constant back spasms.  The spasms became so severe that I could not walk and could not take the pain any longer.  A friend drove me to a chiropractor and I had to crawl into the office on my hands and knees.   The chiropractor took my x-rays while I laid on the ground.  After he helped me on the adjusting table and adjusted me, I was instantaneously able to stand up, and even walk!

I continued chiropractic care for a couple of months, but stopped after the pain was gone.   In December, I began to experience back spasms again and resumed chiropractic care on a regular basis.   I noticed the absence of something that following spring: the seasonal allergies that had always plagued me.  I asked my Chiropractor about this, and he explained that the nervous system (your brain and spinal cord) controls every muscle, tissue, cell and organ in the body.   It was in that moment that I realized the profound effect of chiropractic care.  Getting regularly adjusted affects a wide spectrum of ailments and provides the body with overall wellness.   

I knew that this was a service I wanted to share with others.   Within six months, I had sold my house and had enrolled in school to become a Chiropractic Doctor. I serve my patients with passion, knowing I am making a true difference in their life and providing them with optimal health. My approach is not about just treating pain symptoms--it is about providing overall wellness and it is something I believe in wholeheartedly, because I experienced it firsthand.
